Please follow these guidelines to ensure a positive and lawful fundraising experience:

1. Legal Compliance:
- HP365 is not a registered charity; however, all donations are handled transparently and responsibly.
- Fundraising must comply with UK laws. Avoid aggressive or misleading solicitation.
- Do not fundraise in private properties without permission.

2. Respect and Consent:
- Always ask permission before approaching anyone.
- Accept “no” graciously—do not pressure or coerce anyone.
- Avoid interrupting people who appear busy or unwilling to engage.

3. Safe Locations:
- Fundraise only in public, permitted areas such as community centers, schools, libraries, and other safe public spaces.
- Avoid obstructing entrances, exits, or thoroughfares.
- Be mindful of local rules and signage regarding street fundraising.

4. Clear Communication:
- Provide clear, honest information about HP365 and how donations are used.
- Use official HP365 flyers with QR codes or donation links.
- Encourage donors to keep proof of their donations.

5. Personal Safety:
- Fundraise in pairs or groups when possible.
- Carry a mobile phone and keep it charged.
- Avoid isolated or unsafe areas.
- Follow local COVID-19 and health guidelines.

6. Financial Transparency:
- Collect donor’s first name and donation amount.
- Send donation info promptly to HP365 via official channels to receive your payment.
- Never keep donations cash unless previously authorized.

7. Reporting Issues:
- Report any suspicious activity or concerns immediately to HP365.
- If unsure about any situation, prioritize your safety and contact HP365 support.
